Review of your bookings

Keep track of guest reservations and the wedding events they plan to attend. Use your host dashboard to monitor attendance, review guest details and stay informed about booking updates.

Before publishing your wedding listing, Welcome2ourwedding will contact you by email to review and verify the details you submitted.

Please note:

You will be asked to review and complete your listing and explicitly approve it for publication.

Your listing will not be published until we receive your approval within 7 calendar days of our initial contact.

Once a guest books your wedding listing, there are a few steps you can take as a couple to help them feel welcome, informed and prepared for your celebration.

Access to this information will be limited to guests who have completed a booking through the Welcome2ourwedding website, subject to our privacy policy. We will not intentionally disclose these details to the general public.

Your Ceremony Guide

During registration, you’ll be asked to nominate a trusted person who is reliable, approachable and comfortable communicating with your guests, to act as your ceremony guide before and during the wedding.

Their role is to support your guests in the lead-up to the wedding and on the day itself. Responsibilities may include helping guests with queries about the ceremony, schedule, dress code, or other arrangements.
